Default About Nightfall price

I just got Nightfall price confirmation from finnish store (verkkokauppa.com) which has also pre-order available. Factions costed about 35 euros. Nightfall costs about 44 euros. Maybe it is store's own price increase or has Anet said something about that Nightfall is more expensive than previous chapters?

Verkkokauppa.com was selling Factions cheaper for those who pre-ordered while other stores charged the normal amount (~42 €). Why? I don't know, but I got CE for 46.90 €. The current price today is 58.90 €.

Too bad we won't get Nigthfall for as cheap as Factions, but however, they are giving Pre-release Bonus Packs for free (even with CE).

Keep in mind the GW franchise is more publicized than the first two chapters. What does this mean? A fairly stable supply and an ever-increasing demand means some stores will be a-holes and jack the price up.

they are not giving it to you for free they added the charges together.

in the US you can buy Nightfall without the prerelease at the same old price (GW/Factions price)

1) 56.90 € (both) - 56.90 € (CE) = 0 € (Pre-release Bonus Pack) = FREE

2) When they say it's free, it's free. Period.

It really doesn't concern me that you might have to pay for the Bonus Pack. Games are more expensive in Finland anyway, so you'll still get them cheaper than I.

i merely stated that i can purchase any part of the bundle separately.

i stated that if i do not want the bonus pack i have the option not to buy it as part of a forced extra cost package.

i can purchase Nightfall by itself at the regular 49.99 price

i can purchase Nightfall with the prerelease bonus pack for 54.99

i can purchase Nightfall prerelease bonus pack to get a good look at it before i buy the game for 4.99

i merely state that you are paying more for a forced bundle package than it would cost if you had the choice of not getting the *free* bonus

that bonus includes a slot which adds to the cost as Anet/NCsoft is not giving slots away.

Not possible here atm, but probably will be an option later.

There is no "forced extra cost", it's the same price as PC games always cost.

The Pre-release Bonus Pack is not included with the Collector's Edition in here. I was one of the firsts to pre-order the standard edition (the first one, actually) and that's why I got offered a possibility to buy a CE including a Bonus Pack. I'm paying as much for the CE as I would without the Bonus Pack.

NCSoft is not a retailer, Verkkokauppa.com is and they are giving a Bonus Pack for free for anyone who pre-orders a SE as long there are enough Bonus Packs.

You need to stop assuming things.
